Andrés Budinich V. Is a Partner at EDN Abogados, and was previously a partner at Palma Edwards Veszpremy, with a particular focus on corporate and technology law. His professional career has led him to participate in merger and acquisition processes, reorganization and liquidation of creditor and debtor companies, general contract negotiation, stock market and corporate issues, giving direct support to the different business units of local companies and investments in the shipping, real estate and forestry sector.

He has also advised foreign companies and business groups in the installation and implementation of their legal structures, in corporate, contractual, immigration, labor, etc.

Likewise, he has developed and implemented legal strategies for natural persons, in restructuring of family assets of various kinds.

• Participated in the filing of the first Judicial Reorganization Agreement (ARJ) of the Reorganization and Liquidation Act of Assets and Companies and People, by the company Calzados Beba Limitada, successfully reprogramming the debt in its entirety. In addition, it supported the coordination and management of the ARJ with the 12 creditor banks participating in the process.
