Energy and natural resources

EDN Abogados assists its clients in their environmental challenges, through its Energy and Natural Resources team, which provides advice on procedural matters, permits, administrative and judicial claims, both in ordinary courts and in special environmental jurisdictions.

The Energy and Natural Resources department is involved in all project processes, from obtaining the titles, authorizations, and permits necessary for the execution of the activity, to the execution of the project in question and its closing.
