EXPERIENCE
Benjamín Schmitz is an associate corporate lawyer at EDN Abogados since April 2022. He has focused his career mainly in the areas of banking and finances, as well as regulatory issues related to telecommunications and technology. He has also counseled multiple entrepreneurships and all kinds of projects, specializing in the revision of contractual matters both nationally and internationally.
He excelled in his studies in the areas of commercial and corporate law, economy and markets, free competition and atypical contracts.
