Nicolás Kahn Maibe is an associate labor lawyer at EDN Abogados since August 2021. He has experience in Labor Law, Social Security, Migration and Litigation, with special emphasis in counseling national and international companies.

An important part of his career has been focused on judicial and extrajudicial defense of companies at all levels of business, including collective bargaining processes and preventive counseling as a way to anticipate potential conflicts.

Such experience has allowed him to be a speaker in labor law courses for the Chilean Association of Accountants, and to be a guest speaker in several Webinars focused and intended for management areas of companies and other organizations, such as the French-Chilean Chamber of Commerce.
