EXPERIENCE
Víctor Riadi is an associate lawyer at EDN Abogados and was previously an associate at Palma Edwards Veszpremy. He is part of the Corporate, Compliance, Insolvency, Reorganizations and Litigation departments.
His professional career has led him to work in various areas of Corporate Law and Judicial Law, having participated in important corporate operations in the counseling of highly complex contracts and corporate restructurings, as well as in complex judicial litigation, both in civil and bankruptcy cases.
At the same time, he has dedicated part of his career to the academic field, having been Assistant Professor of Introduction to Civil Law at the Universidad del Desarrollo.
Likewise, he has also sought to extend his knowledge, having successfully completed a Diploma in Commercial Companies at the Universidad de Los Andes.
